How can I be the first to shop BEFORE the public?
All consignors are invited to the Consignor Pre-Sale. If you'd like to be one of the first to shop, then you need to sign up to Volunteer at the sale. Sale volunteers are invited to the Volunteer Pre-Sale, which begins 2 hours before the Consignor Pre-Sale. You do not have to be a consignor to volunteer.

How can I shop the 1/2 price presale?
This is reserved for the volunteers that help sort after the sale ends on Saturday. Sorting doesn't take long if we have enough help. Please see the Volunteer Info page.

Can I bring someone with me to shop the Consignor Pre-Sale?
The Consignor Pass is only good for you the consignor. You may bring your under age children ONLY.
NO EXCEPTIONS! Our recommendation is to NOT bring kids during the Pre-Sale. This allows you time to shop and enjoy your evening looking for bargains for your kids.

You will be given a Consignor's Friend Pass which you may give to anyone you wish. This pass allows the friend to shop at 5PM, 1 hour later than your shopping time. The reason that the pass is not for the same time is because we feel like the consignors deserve first rights to any item that they wish to purchase.

Will there be a dressing room to try on clothing?
No, please do not ask. We will not be able to accommodate you.

Will you have shopping carts?
No, please bring a laundry basket (Please write your name on it for safe keeping) to carry your items in as you shop! NOTE: If you bring a stroller or any other large item that is similar to an item we might have for sale, you will need to have it tagged at the door so that we know it belongs to you. It must have that tag at checkout.

Can I bring my children to the event?
Children are allowed, but not encouraged at drop off and the volunteer/consignor presale. We recommend that you bring a paper with your child's measurements on it and a tape measure for your shopping.

What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Is there a parking or admission fee?
NO, both are FREE!

Shopping Tips........

@Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

@Make a list of your child's measurements, sizes and items you need before you come so you will not forget while shopping. Bring a measuring tape to measure items to make sure they will fit properly. All brands do not fit the same.

@Please inspect each item you are purchasing carefully. We do our very best to screen items but we are only human. Remember: All Sales Are Final. If there is an item that is stained or has a tear please bring it to our attention so we can pull the item. We will not be able to sell it.

@We accept Cash, Checks (in state only), MasterCard and Visa. Be sure to bring your valid driver's license if paying by check or credit card. All returned checks are subject to a $35 Returned Check Fee.

@Bring a handled basket. It is much easier to look through the racks when you are not holding an armful of clothing.

@Please bring patience. We strive to have short lines and check outs so please be patient if you have to wait. We will do our best to make sure it's not a long wait.

@When you are ready to check out, please FIRST stop at our de-tagging table (in front of the check out tables) to have your items de-tagged. Once your items have been de-tagged the worker will assist you to the check out table. We will have one register designated to accept all forms of payment and one will only accept Cash or Check. Please proceed accordingly.

@While you are waiting to have your items de-tagged, please take a moment and complete our survey letting us know how you heard about the sale and any comments or suggestions that you may have.

@Once you arrive at the check out table, please sign up on our mailing list to receive updates about future sales!

@Plan to make more than 1 trip to the sale. Shop early Thursday for the greatest selection. Shop again on Saturday on 50% off day (most items) for the greatest bargains!
