BEFORE YOU BRING YOUR ITEMS TO DROP-OFF

@It is important to us that only safe products are offered to our customers, therefore we ask that each consignor carefully check that none of their items have been recalled before bringing them to our event. As the seller/owner of an item, it is the CONSIGNOR'S RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that each item meets the required safety standards. Please use the following resources to ensure that your item has not been recalled or is considered dangerous or un-safe.

If you plan to sell a Playpen, Crib, Baby Walker or Pack-n-play please check to make sure your item (s) meets the requirements  listed on the CPSC Reference Guide Consumer Product Safety Commission's Searchable Recall list
A searchable listing of ALL recalled products. (Choose the appropriate item category and click "Find")
CPSC's Dangerous and Recalled Products Reference Guide
Safety standards for PLAYPENS, PACK-N-PLAYS, CAR SEATS, BABY WALKERS, BABY GATES, and BUNK BEDS.
Beginning with the Fall 2010 sale we will NO LONGER accept CRIBS.

@Please view the drop off schedule and choose a time to bring your items to the sale location.
Consignors are responsible for placing items on the sales floor. Please plan your time when selecting a drop off appointment.

@Have your clothing arranged according to gender and size BEFORE you arrive. This makes it easier and faster during the inspection process and when placing items on the designated racks.
This means less time for YOU.
@Bring a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with you to drop off. If you forget, we will have them available at drop off for $1. We will NO longer have checks ready for pick up. They will be mailed within 1 week of the sale. We will continue to sell items while consignors are picking up their items.
WHEN YOU GET TO THE SALE

@When you arrive at the building, park and enter the glass double doors located to the left of the solid double doors.  Let the volunteer at the check-in table know who you are and they will instruct you to bring your items in.
@After you have checked in, take a rolling rack (if available) to your vehicle and get your clothing items. Be sure to have them in order by gender and size and that you are not bringing more maternity, ladies clothing items or children's shoes than the limit (see Tagging Instructions).
@
A volunteer will inspect your items for stains, tears and proper tagging. Once accepted you may begin placing the items on the designated rack or table.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE
@Once you have completely finished putting your items on the sale floor stop by the check-in table to receive your Consignor Pack. It will have all of your important reminders, passes, etc. Please allow 30-45 minutes.

PICK-UP
@Pick Up Day is Friday, September 24, 2010, from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. NEW WITH SPRING/SUMMER 2010 SALE---Each consignor will look for their own items. Prior to leaving the building you must see a volunteer who will check your items to make sure you have only the items that belong to you. Your check will be mailed within one (1) week of the sale. You will no longer receive a detailed seller report. You may view and print one online if you need this for your records.

@Consignors have the option (check the box to donate while entering items) of picking up their unsold items after the sale is over. ONLY items that have NO donate will be returned to you if unsold.

@There will be a lost and found area that we encourage you to look through before you leave. It is your responsibility to get all of your items. We will not be responsible for any items you forget to take with you.

@Because we must be out of the building on Friday, all items that have not been picked up by 7 PM SHARP will be donated. If you will NOT be able to pick up your items on Friday, you MUST let us know in writing at drop off who will pick your items up for you or choose to donate your items. We will not be responsible for items once they are picked up. It will be up to the person you have designated for pick up to get your items to you.

Can a friend pick up my items?
Yes and No. We will release your items to a friend with a written signed note from you, given to us at drop off (NO EXCEPTIONS). This note must include your name, consignor number, and the name of the person picking up the items and can be indicated on the inventory sheet that you sign at drop off.  We MUST be out of the building and CANNOT store the items after the sale.
